In the first video, you can see people who demonstrate to everyone how to do the dances. Also, all throughout the crowd are actual professional dancers who demonstrate. Finally, they do the same dances year after year so many people already know. Then you just kind of follow what everyone else is doing. It's not too hard, maybe 6-12 moves per dance.
